PAROPKAR society was established in 1996 and registered in 1999 by its founder pioneer members Sardar Surjeet Singh Jhass– Chief Manager, Punjab & Sind Bank-Lucknow; Mr. K.M. Khan– Executive Engineer (Rural Engineering) and Dr. R. D. Singh – Retd. Director, Horticulture & Food Processing, Uttar Pradesh Govt. Lucknow.The society is registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 & U.P. Societies registration rules 1976 as per registration no. 2850/1998-99 their by renewed after every 5 years.

About Us

A bit of background

PAROPKAAR is a non-profit organization of a few like-minded individuals who are focused towards and driven by a solitary goal, to make the world a better place to live in, by playing their parts individually as well as collectively. We, the members have pledged on oath that PAROPKAAR as a value-based unit shall work towards the welfare of the masses and serve a common, social cause beyond the barriers of caste, creed, sect or religion.

We shall follow a wisdom that inspires compassion for the weaker brethren by enforcing, publicizing, promoting and imparting rigorous training in three main activity streams: Yoga, hi-tech Horticulture and Child Education, specifically the girl child. We are planning and implementing ideas, processes and systems across the entire span of operations covering all aspects of human endeavor.

A persistent drive is towards developing and integrating hi-tech, scientifically tested methods so as to provide support to the economically depraved across the three main focus areas: health, horticulture and education that would help serve their needs and make them self-sufficient thereby, easing their anxieties, relieving stresses and adding zest & joy to their lives.

Vision.

Overall improvement in the health parameters, quality of life and educational standards of our economically weaker sections with special emphasis on womenfolk and the girl child and helping them earn through organized horticulture / agriculture using hi-tech scientific methodologies for increased crop cultivation and delivering its bi-products.

At PAROPKAR, our special emphasis is on empowering womenfolk and the girl child and we are making special efforts in addressing the issue by way of providing them systematized education, working in the right earnest towards their health & hygiene and bringing about wholesome changes to their lifestyle so that they cultivate a new, progressive identity that instills in them renewed confidence to take on the world.
